The Hoke County Sheriff’s Office announces on January 17, 2025, the Narcotic/Vice Suppression Unit, served a narcotic related search warrant in the 6300 block of Arabia Road Lumber Bridge, NC. The Hoke County Sheriff’s Office Narcotic/Vice Suppression Unit and Emergency Response Team secured the residence without incident. A search of the residence resulted in a stolen firearm, suspected cocaine, marijuana, and assorted items of drug paraphernalia. Keith Wayne McDougle was taken into custody and transported to the Hoke County Jail. Narcotic detectives obtained arrest warrants and charged Mr. McDougle with possession with intent to sell/deliver cocaine, possession of firearm by convicted felon, possession of stolen firearm, maintain a dwelling for controlled substance, possess drug paraphernalia, and simple possession of marijuana. Mr. McDougle is currently being held with no bond.
