Along with the park, what about a splash pad like they have in Roswell. You can charge $1-2 per child to use the splash pad and all money goes back to the city or maintenance of the park.

I would like to see two fenced in areas. One area would be designated for small dogs and one area would be designated for large dogs. In an ideal world, each area would have benches and access to water (water fountain, spigot, etc.).

Look at all of the new neighborhoods under development. The builders need are making a pretty penny and to add to it Home Owner's Association fees, They need to give back by adding playgrounds or pools to the subdivisions. It should be in the original plans and the residents shouldn't have to ask for it down the road. I have been here through a year of building house after house and there is no sign of community enhancement through the Quality of Life arena. It should not only be about how much money they can make building houses, but also the morale of our children, keeping them occupied and out of trouble. Children need to be able to play without having to be driven across town.

The builders need are making a pretty penny and to add to it Home Owner's Association fees, They need to give back by adding playgrounds or pools to the subdivisions. It should be in the original plans and the residents shouldn't have to ask for it down the road. I have been here through a year of building house after house and there is no sign of community enhancement through the Quality of Life arena. It should not only be about how much money they can make building houses, but also the morale of our children, keeping them occupied and out of trouble. Children need to be able to play without having to be driven across town.

I live in liberty point and wanted to fix up the entrance to the neighborhood by repainting and landscaping the neighborhood sign. Are there any rules or regulations? Does anyone want to help?
