Tax payments can now be made online, in addition to paying by mail or in person. This service is made possible through our software provider Tyler Technologies and Official Payments. Online payments can be made with Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card. electronic check will be accepted for real estate and personal property, but not for motor vehicle. The Tax Office will no longer take tax payments over the phone due to compliance issues.

Official Payments will charge a convenience fee for all tax payments when a credit card is used online. Taxpayers will pay Official Payments a service fee of 2.55% of the payment amount for each payment transaction, with a minimum service fee of $3.95 per payment transaction when using MasterCard and Discover. When a Visa Card is used for a tax payment a $3.95 flat fee will be charged per payment transaction. Taxpayers using electronic check will be charged a $2.95 service fee per payment transaction by Official Payments. American Express will not be accepted.
